We’re on the lookout for an experienced Mobile Application Developer Lead to take charge of building robust, scalable mobile solutions for enterprise environments. 🚀 Key Responsibilities

🔧 Mobile Development & Architecture

  • Lead mobile application development across Kotlin (Android), Swift (iOS), and cross-platform tools like Flutter or React Native.
  • Define high-performance mobile architecture to support security, scalability, and offline functionality.
  • Implement mobile-first strategies with offline support for technicians, cleaners, and field operators.

🔗 Integration & Backend Support

  • Seamlessly integrate apps with enterprise APIs while maintaining secure data flows and syncing mechanisms.
  • Develop backend services or middleware tailored to unique mobile feature sets.
  • Work alongside DevOps to manage environments, CI/CD pipelines, and mobile release cycles.

📈 Feature Enhancement & User Experience

  • Roll out new features and refine existing ones based on user feedback and analytics.
  • Design mobile interfaces with intuitive UX, multilingual support, and accessibility for non-technical users.

🔒 System Security & Quality Assurance

  • Implement secure login and data handling methods using OAuth2, biometrics, and session control.
  • Establish rigorous testing protocols, including automated and manual testing for mobile platforms.

🤝 Collaboration & Mentorship

  • Partner with UI/UX designers, analysts, and QA teams to ensure top-quality delivery.
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote engineering excellence.

🎓 What You’ll Need to Succeed

✔️ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

✔️ 5–8 years of experience in mobile app development (native & hybrid)

✔️ Proven skills in Kotlin, Swift, Flutter, or React Native

✔️ Familiarity with RESTful APIs, OAuth2, JWT, secure mobile data storage

✔️ Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and app deployment to stores

✔️ Understanding of enterprise mobility and mobile-first UX best practices

✔️ Strong problem-solving and communication skills
