👩💻 What You’ll Be Doing
As a Senior Associate in Application Support, you’ll be on the frontlines of ensuring that Chalhoub’s critical business applications run smoothly. You’ll handle incidents, manage service requests, contribute to release cycles, and keep documentation up to date—all while working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Resolve application-related incidents and service requests on time
- Escalate complex issues to relevant teams
- Assist with documenting problems and root cause analysis
- Support application updates, testing, and monitoring after releases
- Monitor system alerts and raise red flags when needed
- Maintain knowledge bases, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for effective resolution
- Share ideas for improvements and participate in internal upskilling sessions
🎯 What You Bring to the Table
Must-Haves:
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in tech support or IT service desk roles
- Understanding of ITIL practices (certification is a bonus)
- Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or FreshService
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
Nice-to-Haves:
- Exposure to enterprise software (ERP, CRM, OMS, etc.)
- Experience with cloud-based tools and monitoring platforms like Splunk or DataDog
- Ability to work across vendors and diverse tech teams
