🔧 Role Overview:
As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll play a key role in the daily flow of goods in and out of the warehouse. From receiving stock to preparing orders, your attention to detail and teamwork will help deliver an outstanding customer experience.
🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing:
- Receive, check, and organize incoming stock and deliveries
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders efficiently and accurately
- Handle dispatch processes including checking and vehicle loading
- Carry out labeling, scanning, wrapping, and other value-added services
- Replenish shelves and bins with new stock
- Support inventory counts and audits
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and order within the warehouse
- Report stock damages or equipment issues to supervisors
- Use equipment and tools with care and follow health and safety protocols
- Maintain strong teamwork and a customer-first mindset
✅ Who We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for reliable and detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment. Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but not mandatory if you’re willing to learn and contribute.
You’ll need to:
- Follow instructions accurately
- Handle products carefully and respectfully
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Communicate clearly with teammates and supervisors
