🌟 About the Role:
We’re looking for a Director of Merchandise Planning to lead our supply chain strategy across our luxury brands. If you’re passionate about planning, data-driven decision-making, and driving innovation, this role is for you.
You’ll play a key leadership role, shaping how we plan, buy, and manage inventory across multiple product categories and markets.
✅ Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead merchandise planning strategies aligned with business goals
- Drive open-to-buy (OTB) planning and purchasing decisions
- Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability while optimizing costs
- Collaborate across teams to create a clear merchandise blueprint
- Analyze business performance and propose data-driven improvements
- Lead and develop your team, ensuring they have the right tools and skills
- Support company-wide transformation initiatives and continuous improvement
🎯 Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related fields
- 10+ years in retail, distribution, or FMCG, with 5+ years in leadership
- Deep experience in buying, planning, or merchandising
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
- Familiarity with omnichannel and e-commerce operations
- Proven ability to manage teams and deliver results
