In this high-impact leadership role, you will oversee end-to-end interior design for large-scale real estate projects including commercial, hospitality, and retail developments. 🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing

Lead the full interior design lifecycle, from concept to execution

Manage alignment between design, architecture, MEP, and engineering

Oversee external designers, FF&E suppliers, and contractors to ensure quality

Approve materials, finishes, mock-ups, and ensure timely delivery

Conduct site reviews, manage design workshops, and solve execution issues

Ensure all designs meet branding, regulatory, and sustainability standards

Support procurement with vendor selection and cost management

Present design updates to senior stakeholders and maintain accurate records

Keep up with design trends and innovations to maintain a future-ready portfolio
✅ You’ll Succeed in This Role If You Have:

12+ years of experience in interior design with a focus on retail or hospitality

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or related field

Strong command of design software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite

Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment

Deep knowledge of FF&E, materials, finishes, and luxury retail fit-outs

Familiarity with local building codes, accessibility standards, and sustainability practices

Previous client-side or real estate developer experience is highly preferred
