🧩 Role Overview

As a Business Consultant, your mission is to nurture long-term partnerships with real estate brokerages across Abu Dhabi. You’ll deliver impactful business advice, provide training on digital tools, and drive growth through upselling and renewals—all while aligning with strategic targets.


This is a consultative sales role suited for driven professionals who thrive on building relationships and delivering results.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to real estate professionals, offering tailored solutions from our advertising and listing portfolio.
  • Identify business opportunities and offer upsell/cross-sell options that align with client goals.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and guidance to clients to help them maximize ROI.
  • Maintain detailed records of client activity using CRM tools (Salesforce).
  • Accurately forecast sales performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure successful deal closure.

👤 Who We’re Looking For

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or subscription-based models.
  • Experience in the real estate sector is a plus.

Skills & Qualities:

  • Strong consultative selling abilities with a proven sales record.
  • Ability to interpret client data and build ROI-driven business proposals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Confident engaging with decision-makers and senior stakeholders.
  • High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
  • Results-driven, collaborative, and customer-focused mindset.
