Job Purpose
The OD & Reward Manager will lead transformation and organisational design initiatives that improve efficiency, enhance employee engagement, and strengthen capability across the business. The role also focuses on building reward frameworks to ensure fair, competitive, and motivating compensation practices.
Key Responsibilities
Organisational Development & Design
- Analyse company structures, job roles, and reporting layers for optimisation.
- Develop job evaluation frameworks, career paths, and succession plans.
- Build governance tools including Delegation of Authority (DoA) and RACI matrices.
- Collaborate with L&D teams to identify skill gaps and create competency frameworks.
- Drive cultural transformation and embed organisational values.
Total Rewards Management
- Design and maintain grading structures, salary bands, and incentive programs.
- Benchmark compensation packages using leading market data sources.
- Lead annual bonus, salary review, and long-term incentive (LTI) cycles.
- Monitor reward systems for fairness, compliance, and effectiveness.
Change Management & Culture Transformation
- Deliver change management strategies including stakeholder engagement and readiness assessments.
- Promote an agile, performance-driven culture across teams.
- Support leaders in guiding employees through organisational change.
Analytics & Process Improvement
- Map and optimise HR processes to reduce inefficiency.
- Develop dashboards for workforce metrics, headcount, and reward analytics.
- Use HR data insights to guide structural decisions and workforce planning.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with HR leaders and business managers to implement OD strategies.
- Train managers on new reward frameworks and policies.
- Build cross-functional relationships that encourage continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 7–10 years’ HR experience, with expertise in OD, rewards, and compensation design.
- Strong knowledge of job evaluation, grading, and organisational frameworks.
- Skilled in Excel, HRIS systems, and workforce analytics.
- Background in change management and competency frameworks is a plus.
