• Manage Extreme Networks EXOS switches (Core and Edge), with ECS or CCNP certification highly desirable.
• Oversee and optimize wireless networks, including CISCO WLC and Wing VX9000 controllers.
• Implement network load balancing and AWAF (F5) to secure applications and distribute traffic efficiently.
• Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues, ensuring maximum network uptime.
• Regularly update firmware and maintain accurate network documentation (HLD & LLD).
• Manage access control systems, CCTV operations, and Avaya IP Telephony, keeping all systems updated.
• Support Cisco Telepresence video conferencing solutions and ensure smooth user experiences.
• Provide escalated technical support within SLA agreements.
