With more than 50 years of proven expertise in delivering large-scale Oil & Gas, Power, Marine, Infrastructure, and Defense projects, Archirodon is expanding its operations in the UAE through a major Oil & Gas project. This role offers the chance to be part of a brownfield expansion project, including advanced production and gas lift systems, and to play a critical role in shaping energy infrastructure for the future.

Role Overview

As a Lead Design Engineer – Instrumentation & Control, you will:

• Report directly to the Division Engineering Manager.
• Oversee all I&C engineering execution in collaboration with multidisciplinary leads.
• Manage and guide discipline teams while coordinating with external consultants.
• Liaise directly with the client (ADNOC) to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Review engineering works, ensuring compliance with international standards and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience Required

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Bachelor’s degree (BE) or equivalent in Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering.
• At least 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects with hands-on detailed engineering exposure.
• Strong knowledge of international design codes, standards, and guidelines.
• Technical expertise in project feasibility, design, commissioning, and startup.
• Familiarity with environmental regulations (local and international).
• Advanced command of English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in relevant engineering design software.
• Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
