🧭 Key Responsibilities:

📥 Onboarding & Employee Records

  • Coordinate onboarding activities, prepare offer letters, and organize induction programs.
  • Keep employee records updated across digital and physical platforms.
  • Ensure timely integration into systems like payroll, email, and insurance.


🛠️ HR Operations & Employee Services

  • Handle employee document requests such as salary certificates and work IDs.
  • Track attendance, shift adjustments, and leave records.
  • Maintain trackers for employee status changes including resignations and transfers.


🎉 Employee Engagement & Communication

  • Help plan HR events, birthday celebrations, and internal campaigns.
  • Support feedback collection via employee surveys and generate simple reports.
