• 💼 Experience: 2+ years in pediatric care

🏥 Key Responsibilities

✅ Deliver age-specific, patient-centered care using the nursing process

✅ Perform thorough assessments and monitor patients’ physical and psychological needs

✅ Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team for effective care planning

✅ Handle medication administration, including narcotics

✅ Maintain compliance with Joint Commission International Accreditation (JCIA)

✅ Conduct patient and family education and prepare for discharge

✅ Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Nursing (minimum 3-year full-time course) OR
• Nursing Degree from accredited countries (Canada, USA, UK, Ireland, South Africa, New Zealand, Australia)
• Valid License/Registration to practice in home country
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• 2+ years of pediatric nursing experience
