📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage accounting and auditing functions for Freezone and Mainland companies.
• Prepare, review, and analyze detailed MIS (Management Information System) reports.
• Oversee international and local banking operations including trade finance, multi-currency transfers, and treasury management.
• Ensure timely compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
• Perform daily banking tasks: fund transfers, reconciliations, and cash flow management.
• Handle cross-border transactions (SWIFT payments, LCs, wire transfers, and bank guarantees).
• Build and maintain relationships with UAE and international banks.
• Monitor foreign currency risks and support forex/hedging strategies.
• Liaise with UAE government authorities on compliance and financial matters.
• Apply knowledge of the Iraqi market and banking systems when required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 8–10 years of proven experience in a similar finance role within the UAE or GCC.
