🚨 The Opportunity
We’re looking for a meticulous and independent Vehicle Estimator to join our Automotive Buying Team at Automall. In this role, you’ll assess vehicles during the purchase process, inspect their condition, and provide accurate repair and preparation cost estimates. Your insights will help determine fair market pricing while ensuring a smooth and transparent customer experience. This position requires strong technical knowledge and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
💼 What You’ll Be Doing
- Evaluate vehicles using inspection tools and generate cost estimates for repairs and preparation
- Assess both mechanical and physical conditions and record detailed data on each vehicle
- Collaborate with the Pricing and Purchasing teams to determine fair market value for each unit
- Coordinate documentation for vehicle de-registration with Admin/PRO teams
- Ensure the vehicle preparation aligns with your estimate, maintaining no more than 10% variance
- Oversee intake and parking of vehicles in line with their designated sales channel
- Keep close communication with Sales Executives regarding trade-in values and deal status updates
💼 What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma (minimum qualification)
- At least 2 years of experience in vehicle estimation, inspection, or mechanical assessment
- Background in automotive buying/selling
- Hands-on experience in a large dealership or workshop environment

- Strong verbal and written communication in English
