As a Junior HR Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior management and business units. Your mission? ✅ Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Planning

• Collaborate with leadership to design and execute HR strategies and annual plans
• Communicate updates and progress on HR initiatives across teams
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within HR processes

Talent & Capability Development

• Support onboarding and employee integration
• Develop retention strategies and succession plans for key roles
• Lead performance management and career development efforts

Learning & Training

• Identify training needs in line with business goals
• Work with Group Training to deliver impactful learning initiatives
• Ensure high-potential staff have development pathways and successors

Employee Relations & Engagement

• Provide guidance to line managers on employee engagement, performance, and legal compliance
• Promote a culture based on meritocracy, inclusivity, and transparency
• Manage disciplinary procedures in line with policy and law

Workforce & Organizational Effectiveness

• Support lean workforce planning and business restructuring
• Monitor employee feedback and engagement, and act on key insights
• Ensure alignment with Emiratization and diversity goals

Financial Oversight

• Contribute to budgeting and financial reporting related to HR functions
• Monitor and control employee-related costs

HR Governance & Policy Compliance

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, HR policies, and local labor laws
• Strengthen governance practices and enforce Delegation of Authority (DOA)
• Champion diversity and nationalization policies

🧠 What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Nationality: UAE National (Emirati)
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in an HR generalist role, preferably with prior HRBP experience
