About the Role

Sharaf Group is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join the Cotton On – Adult team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating an excellent shopping experience, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and can confidently engage with customers while supporting daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, understanding their needs to provide tailored recommendations.
• Promote products, upsell, and share information on current offers.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock levels, and high visual merchandising standards.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently for smooth transactions.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock deliveries.
• Support stocktaking, inventory control, and loss prevention procedures.
• Work closely with team members to meet store targets and KPIs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience (preferred).
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Basic math and computer skills.
