🌸 Registered Midwife Opportunity in Abu Dhabi – Shape the Future of Maternal & Newborn Care

💼 Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Providing holistic, evidence-based care during antenatal, intrapartum, postnatal, and newborn stages.

  • Supporting spontaneous and assisted vaginal deliveries, as well as cesarean births.

  • Monitoring labor progress, performing CTG monitoring, and escalating concerns when necessary.

  • Delivering immediate care for mothers and newborns, including vital signs, physical assessments, and neonatal resuscitation when needed.

  • Encouraging early breastfeeding, skin-to-skin bonding, and supporting the WHO Baby-Friendly Hospital Initiative.

  • Offering education, guidance, and emotional support to mothers and families.

  • Managing obstetric emergencies and providing wound care post-delivery.

  • Supporting women and families with compassion during pregnancy loss or neonatal emergencies.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Valid nursing/midwifery license from the relevant health authority.

  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA).

  • Strong English communication skills (spoken & written).

  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience in electronic medical record documentation.

  • Team collaboration and strong organizational skills.
