🧭 Role Summary

As a Junior HR Business Partner, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to business leaders—aligning people strategy with operational goals. You’ll play a key role in talent development, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness while ensuring compliance, performance, and a positive employee experience.


🛠️ Key Responsibilities

💼 Strategic HR Partnership

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to shape and execute the HR strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Act as a performance-focused coach and advisor to line managers
  • Drive employee engagement and support culture-building aligned with Al-Futtaim values

📈 Talent & Performance Management

  • Design and implement performance development plans, succession planning, and retention strategies
  • Lead onboarding, L&D initiatives, and capability building across business units
  • Identify high-potential talent and support growth pathways

👥 Employee Relations & Culture

  • Promote a culture of meritocracy, inclusion, and continuous feedback
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy communication
  • Ensure fair and consistent application of disciplinary and HR procedures

🔄 Workforce Planning & Optimization

  • Advise on org design, restructuring, and efficiency improvements
  • Monitor workforce data to support lean, multi-skilled teams
  • Ensure compliance with localization and diversity targets

📊 Financial & Policy Governance

  • Oversee HR budgeting, manpower planning, and cost reporting
  • Ensure HR policy compliance, governance, and alignment with labor laws
  • Reinforce Emiratization and diversity objectives

💡 Ideal Candidate Profile

🧠 Core Skills

  • Strong communication and influencing skills (Arabic is a plus)
  • Strategic thinking with sound business acumen
  • Proficient in digital HR tools and analytics
  • Adept in change management and cultural integration
  • High emotional intelligence and active listening

🎓 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or Business Management
  • CIPD certification is an advantage
  • 3+ years of HR generalist experience in a fast-paced environment
