💬 About the Role

We’re looking for a customer-first, solutions-driven Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you’ll be the face of our service—supporting customers, promoting Etisalat business plans, and ensuring an outstanding client experience every step of the way.


🔍 Key Responsibilities


  • Promote and sell Etisalat plans to businesses, institutions, government entities, and Emirati clients
  • Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective customers
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell telecom solutions
  • Provide exceptional customer service—responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues effectively
  • Build trust and long-term relationships through professional and empathetic communication
  • Handle and document customer complaints, offering suitable solutions within set timeframes
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Stay informed about products and processes to confidently address customer questions
  • Recognize trends in customer concerns and report insights to team leaders
  • Take initiative to go the extra mile in supporting customers and enhancing their experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
